Nick Ingelbrecht is a research director with Gartner's Consumer Insight team, where he manages the consumer dynamics research agenda and primary research worldwide for Gartner's Technology and Service Provider Research organisation.

Mr Ingelbrecht has worked in and researched the telecom and Internet sectors for 25 years, most recently focusing on the Asia-Pacific markets. In addition to his work with Gartner, he has lectured on e-commerce policy at Murdoch University where he is researching a doctoral thesis on innovation in mobile communications. Mr Ingelbrecht has operated as a research analyst and consultant for several major consulting and advisory organisations, was previously editor of the Financial Times' Asia Pacific Telecoms Analyst, and has been involved in numerous telecom research projects, license bids and market studies for industry clients.

Dr Hannu Verkasalo is a pioneer in on-device metering for mobile market research and media measurements. He has a Ph.D. in mobile analytics from the Helsinki University of Technology with nearly 40 academic papers on this field. Dr Verkasalo's background is in technology consulting, and he has been in market research since 2003. As the founder of Zokem, Dr Verkasalo spearheads the next generation of analytics facilitated through Mobile Life panels run by Zokem and its partners.

Drew Thomson is a proven business leader and entrepreneur with a track record in funding, creating, building and growing international businesses. He is a Founding Partner of All The Worlds Entertainment, a "social entertainment" business leveraging the fusion between social media and live entertainment. The company's latest project is Digitales, a social entertainment business that celebrates the Superstars of Social Media, covering all genres and geographies. Prior to this venture, Mr Thomson was Executive Chairman of iris Worldwide, a leading integrated global advertising agency, where he grew the business from £39 million to £75 million and established iris in 15 key markets globally. He was also a Partner in Time & Tide, a business that advised and invested in consumer businesses. Before joining iris, Mr Thomson was a founding partner of Paternoster and held senior positions in Airmiles & BA Miles and British Airways.

Keith Budge's career encompasses 17 years in executive and senior management roles in the software industry, eight years in the telecommunications industry, two years in senior policy roles in the Australian public sector, and three years in retail management.
